Any claims regarding damaged/defecting/misprinted items must be submitted within the 10 days of the delivery of the product. An error on our part is to be covered at our expenses. An automated email notification will be sent after receiving returned shipment. Unclaimed returns are subjected to be donated to charity after 30 days of the order.  We claim to be among the top-most dropshipping companies of India to be dealing with all the products and if the products are not used as the return address of Vendorboat, you will be responsible for the return shipment you receive.

 

The shipment will be returned to us if we notice any wrong or insufficient address provided by you or the customer. Under this circumstance, you would have to bear all the reshipment costs once we confirm the updated address with you. It would be best for the customer to contact you before returning any products.

 

If we get any cancellation notice before the product has been processed, the order shall be canceled immediately and the entire amount will be refunded. But if the product is found to be printed or already shipped, the cancellation request will not be approved. We reserve right to refuse or cancel any order in certain situation depending on the availability or the quantity of the product for purchase, inaccuracy or error in pricing information. We may ask for additional verification before accepting the order.Sometime shipment may take 7-8 working days also to dispatch. If your order is canceled after you have been charged, the esteemed amount will be refunded to your merchant account with 15 days. We will not responsible if any shipment is delayed by logistic partners.
